Often we use cupping to help reduce muscle tension, with immediate and lasting affect.  The skin is drawn into the cups, increasing circulation into the muscles fibres.

Cupping is used for:

• Acute or chronic back pain

• Chronic shoulder stiffness

• Clearing trauma, from an old injury

• Asthma / Hay fever

• Common cold.  Helps to prevent the cold going deeper into the body    

 Direct method of stimulating the meridians.   

 

It's focus to move Qi & Blood, improving the micro circulation to the area being treated. 

 

Using  a Jade Gua-sha tool to gently brush over the skin, expelling Pathogenic Factors & bringing out colour onto the skin showing us the location of the problem.  The darker the colour the better. the reaction.

Tui-Na massage works along the Channels to balance the flow of Qi. 

 

To help promote the smooth flow or to help Tonify Qi to strengthen certain areas.

We light the moxa stick, hover over specific points to create a gentle heat.
