I have been a practitioner for 25 years, I am passionate about my work and I love what I do.

My journey started at Highlands College where I attained, GNVQ Advance Level 3 in Swedish Massage, Reflexology and Aromatherapy.  On completion I was awarded Practitioner of the Year.

Working in Jersey, New Zealand, Australia and on a Luxury Cruise Liner.

On my travels I learned Reiki 1 & 2  and discovered On-Site Chair Massage.  I thought what a fantastic new concept taking massage where it is needed most and on my return I enrolled on the Touch-Pro Acupressure Chair Massage in London.

Boost was established in 2006, to help reduce work place pressure and help people feel good

Strengthening coping responses and weakening stress reactions.  I wanted to learn more, curious to understand disease, why some people have certain symptoms and others do not which lead me to Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I studied for three and a half years at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine obtaining a 2.1 BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture.  Integrating Five Elements Acupuncture (5E) and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Traditional Acupuncture has given me the answers I was looking for and taught me the importance of understanding aetiologies and pathologies to any symptom.  Two patients may present the same illness, but people are different and Traditional Acupuncture understands that different people require different treatments.

I am keen to work along side Conventional Medicine Practitioners, as Acupuncture may help the patient to cope with the side affects of drugs or help them return to a state of health.
